Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 29 days to 16 years; hospitalized children admitted for symptoms associated with respiratory infections. 2. The patient themselves and/or their legal guardian(s) have signed the informed consent form to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Underlying conditions such as congenital immunodeficiency, severe respiratory or circulatory system diseases, chronic lung diseases, kidney or liver diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and connective tissue diseases. 2. Long-term systemic corticosteroids or immunosuppressants; 3. Children or their parents who are unwilling to participate in the study;
