Rapid Verbal Persuasion Group, RVP Group:Placement of health education materials, with verbal reminders provided by healthcare workers during participant registration for vaccination or medical consul
Standard Care Group, SC Group:Placement of health education materials, with routine consultation/vaccination procedures completed without additional verbal intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Interview stage: 1.Target population for HZ vaccination (age >=50 years); 2. Family members of the target population for HZ vaccination (age >=18 years); 3. Healthcare professionals involved in vaccine administration. Intervention phase: 1. Adults aged >=50 years (target vaccine recipients) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Interview stage: 1. Individuals without the ability to express themselves independently. Intervention stage: 1. The target vaccine recipient is currently experiencing herpes zoster or has recovered from it within the past 2 months. 2. The target vaccine recipient has a history of allergy to the herpes zoster vaccine or its components, or other conditions that make vaccination unsuitable. 3.The target vaccine recipient is come to receive the HZ vaccine.
