Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1.Age: 18-60 years old; 2.Meet the above diagnostic criteria, have or have no precursor symptoms (flashing light, dark spots, paresthesia, etc.) and are in the interattack period (no attack within 24 hours before and after the examination); 3.No previous neurological diseases such as epilepsy, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma, etc.; 4.No history of mental illness; 5.Right-handed; 6.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent. Healthy controls: 1. Age: 18-60 years old; 2. No previous history of nervous system related diseases (epilepsy, headache, dizziness, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumor, etc.) and signs; 3. No history of head trauma and surgery; 4. No history of mental illness; 5. No history of migraine in the first or second degree relatives of the family; 6. No contraindications to EEG and MRI examination; 7. Be right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 60 years old; 2.Secondary headache and other types of primary headache caused by cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial aneurysm, intracranial tumor, intracranial arteriovenous malformation, cerebral infarction, etc. 3), combined with heart dysfunction, liver and kidney failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and autoimmune diseases; 3.There are mental disorders and neurological diseases; 4.Alcohol or drug abusers; 5.Patients with contraindications for fMRI scanning, such as metal dentures, pacemakers, artificial metal heart valves, etc., or those who cannot cooperate to complete the examination.
