50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age(50-80 years old); 2.Patients diagnosed with idiopathic macular hole based on clinical manifestations and specialized auxiliary examinations; 3.The minimum diameter of the macular hole measured by OCT examination was > 400 µm; 4.Those who undergo surgery for the first time to treat the disease;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with a history of previous ocular trauma; 2.Those who have high intraocular pressure (=21mmHg) or have glaucoma; 3.Patients with retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, optic neuropathy, endophthalmitis, uveitis and other eye-related diseases; 4.high myopia; 5.People with hepatitis B, tuberculosis, hepatitis C, syphilis and HIV. 6.recently taken aspirin, have platelet dysfunction syndrome, severe thrombocytopenia, sepsis, acute and chronic infections, chronic liver disease, and women are lactating or menstrual were also excluded from the trial group.
