Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No gender restrictions; (2) Classified as ASA I-III by the American Society of Anesthesiologists; (3) Age range from 8 to 30 years old; (4) Scheduled to undergo scoliosis surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of preoperative oral opioid use; (2) Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, cardiovascular, or neurological disorders; (3) Individuals allergic to the study medications; (4) Those with severe mental illness or communication barriers; (5) Presence of a difficult airway, or obese individuals (BMI = 30 kg/m²); (6) Subjects deemed ineligible for this trial by the investigator.
