Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were discharged from the hospital after hospitalization in Beijing Anding Hospital and were clinically diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Improvement was defined as: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale HAMD-17<=14 points, Young's Mania Scale YMRS<=10 points; 2. Age 18-60 years old, permanent residence in Beijing; 3. Have a family caregiver or guardian, and the subjects in the research group or their guardians can use smart phones, be familiar with basic network operations, and have the necessary conditions for online diagnosis and treatment; 4. Junior high school education level or above, audio-visual ability barrier-free, sufficient understanding and cooperation with the research process; 5. The subject himself signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of major unstable physical illnesses; 2.Alcohol or substance use disorder within 1 year prior to enrollment; 3.Significant current risk of suicide, self-harm, or impulsivity at enrollment, defined as: A score >=3 on item 3 of the HAMD-17; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
