Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 18 or above 2: Diagnostic criteria for sepsis determined by sepsis 3.0 3: No previous thyroid disease 4: The serum thyroid hormone level after admission meets the diagnostic criteria for low T3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Primary thyroid disease 2: Autoimmune Disease 3: Tumor 4: Pregnancy 5: Recent medications taken, such as amiodarone, carbamazepine, lithium, phenytoin, heparin, interferon, and interleukin, or chemotherapy that may affect thyroid metabolism
