18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: General Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited; 2. No acute phase disease; 3. Remaining teeth in the mouth > = 10. Whole Health Group Inclusion Criteria: 1. Full-mouth periodontal examination probing depth = 2 and no locus with > = 4 with bleeding index; 3. No chronic systemic diseases. Inclusion Criteria for the Isolated Periodontitis Group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for periodontitis; 2. No chronic systemic diseases. Periodontitis with chronic kidney disease group inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for periodontitis; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease; 3. No history of type II diabetes mellitus Periodontitis with chronic kidney disease with diabetes mellitus group inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for periodontitis 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease; 3. Have a history of type II diabetes mellitus Periodontitis with diabetes mellitus group inclusion criteria 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for periodontitis 2. Have a history of type II diabetes mellitus 3. GFR > = 60 ml/min·1.73m^2 and no proteinuria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women; 2.Patients with dry syndrome and immunologic abnormalities; 3.Patients who are undergoing or have undergone cancer treatment; 4.Patients using immunosuppressive drugs.
