Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1 and Study 2 1 Patients with confirmed Graves' disease hyperthyroidism. 2 Age >= 18 years. 3 Complete data on TSI, TRAb, and thyroid function (TSH, FT3, FT4) tests are available. Study 3 1 Diagnosed with Graves' disease (after March 2022). 2 Age >= 18 years. 3 Antithyroid medication (ATD) therapy and =2 years of follow-up. 4 The same patient with complete follow-up data (TSI, TRAb, and thyroid function data required at: 1) initial diagnosis; 2) within 6 months after diagnosis; 3) 2 years after diagnosis).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1 and Study 2: 1 Non-autoimmune hyperthyroidism (e.g. thyroiditis, iodine-induced hyperthyroidism, etc.). 2 Combined with other serious systemic diseases (such as liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors). 3 Data missing in more than 20% of cases. Study 3 1 Non-autoimmune hyperthyroidism (e.g. Thyroiditis, iodine-induced hyperthyroidism). 2 thyroidectomy or radioactive iodine therapy during treatment. 3 Data missing in more than 20% of cases.
