Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of ACI was based on the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; 2. Cerebral CT to exclude hemorrhage and intracranial space; 3. Aged over 18 years of age, and the onset time is less than 4.5 hours; 4. Patients or their family members sign informed consent; 5.Intravenous thrombolytic therapy was performed with standard dose of rt-PA; 6. Brain CT and/or brain magnetic resonance examination should be performed within 48 hours after thrombolysis. If the disease progresses early, Can be checked early. 7. Laboratory examination and NIHSS score should be completed within 24 hours after admission 8. Complete medical history;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Absolute contraindication of rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy; 2. Patients who have not completed complete intravenous thrombolytic therapy; 3. Patients undergoing mechanical thrombolysis after thrombolysis; 4. Patients with unclear onset time; 5. Patients with severe heart, liver and lung dysfunction; 6. Patients with chronic wasting diseases such as malignant tumors and blood system diseases; 7. Patients with infectious diseases such as lung infection and urinary tract infection that affect inflammatory indicators; 8. Patients with incomplete clinical data; 9. Patients who could not cooperate to complete the 3-month follow-up.
