6 Years to 17 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children and adolescents enrolled at baseline are aged 6 to 17 years old; 2.Have lived at the current residential address for more than 6 months; 3.Voluntarily participated in this project and signed an informed consent form. 4.Children and adolescents with hypertension/prehypertension as determined by hypertension diagnostic criteria; 5.Voluntary participation of children and parents; 6.No history of voluntary smoking and no exposure to secondhand smoke in the home; 7.No pollution sources such as factories, major transportation roads, etc. within 500m of the residence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants will be rejected midway; 2.Suffer from serious diseases and are unable to cooperate with the survey; 3.Expected to live in the survey area for less than 2 years; 4.Respiratory disease or congenital cardiovascular disease; 5.Taking any medication that may affect blood pressure; 6.History of cardiovascular disease such as coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, etc. 7.There are plans for transferring schools, traveling, moving, etc. in the near future.
