18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:Patients requiring throid surgery. 2:Age from 18 to 75 years old 3:ASA I-III. 4:Patients who are able to communicate well with medical staff. 5:Informed consent, voluntarily sign the "subject informed consent", with good compliance patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1:Patients younger than 18 years and older than 75 years. 2:Emergency surgery. 3:Patients with ASA grade IV or above or severe comorbidities poorly controlled (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, etc.) 4:Preoperative disturbance of consciousness. 5:Patients allergic to the local anesthetic ropivacaine. 6:Patients who do not wish to participate in the study for any reason.
