Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2.Clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with a course of disease >=1 year; 3.Have lived in the community for >=6 months; 4.Clear awareness, able to understand and cooperate with research investigations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with serious dysfunction of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs, unable to carry out basic physical activities; 2.People with mental illness or cognitive impairment, which affects the questionnaire and data collection; 3.Recent (within 3 months) history of major trauma, surgery or acute infection.
