Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients over 18 years of age with kidney stones ranging in size from 2 to 3 centimeters with a density above 1000 HU and a sterile urine culture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital anomalies of the kidneys and urinary tract and patients with urinary tract infections.
