Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: 24kg/m^2 <= BMI < 37.5kg/m^2; 2: Aged 18 ~ 60 years old; 3: Voluntary weight intervention and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Secondary obesity (including hypothalamic obesity, hypercortisolism, hypothyroidism, hypogonadism, drug induced obesity, etc.); 2: Combined with acute diseases or severe chronic diseases (including serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, serious chronic respiratory diseases, obvious liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, tuberculosis, etc.); 3: Have severe gastrointestinal disease or a history of related surgery that affects gastrointestinal function; 4: Persons with mental illness; 5: Those who have received weight loss treatment within the last 3 months; 6: Are using drugs that affect weight and mood (such as weight loss drugs, psychotropic drugs, steroid hormones and hypoglycemic drugs that affect weight, etc.); 7: There was alcohol or drug abuse that could have affected the study; 8: Muscular development resulting in excessive BMI and body fat percentage in the normal range; 9: Pregnancy and/or planned pregnancy, breastfeeding.
