Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. This study includes patients who were admitted to the outpatient clinic or hospitalization for physical examination or stable chest pain in our hospital from May 2024 to March 2025, and underwent cardiac ultrasound, coronary CTA and related cardiac enzymes, biochemistry and other blood draws; 2. Those who have no previous history of heart failure, that is, those who do not meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for heart failure in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiomyopathy, heart valve disease and other organic cardiac lesions; 2. Patients with atrial fibrillation, complete bundle branch block and severe arrhythmia; 3. Those who have acute coronary syndrome or PCI/CABG surgery in the past 6 months; 4. Presence of obvious anemia, liver disease, arteriovenous fistula and other high-output diseases; 5. Patients with obvious abnormal renal energy, eGFR 40; 8. Those who have poor image quality and cannot be distinguished or those who lack important case data.
