Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ADHD met the diagnostic criteria for ADHD in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V), 5th edition, and had been clinically diagnosed by at least two professional psychiatrists; 2. The individuals had no history of ADHD treatment and were 4 years of age or older. 3. Children are accompanied by their parents, with good cooperation, informed consent form signed by guardian, relevant regulations are strictly observed, and the study is approved by Ethics Committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With tic disorders, epilepsy, generalized developmental disorders, mental retardation, neurological disorders, other somatic disorders; 2. Severe psychiatric disorders such as conduct disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, autism spectrum disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma and stress-related disorders, dissociative disorder, anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. 3. MRI contraindications excluded: such as patients after cardiac valve replacement, patients after endovascular stent, coil, filter and artery clamping, claustrophobia, patients with metal internal fixation or ferromagnetic implant or cardiac pacemaker, glaucoma, newly developed fracture, pregnant women, lactation, etc.
