Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (minimum age of 18 years, maximum age of 80 years); 2. Patients who require intubation based on the judgment of pre-hospital physicians, according to the patient's condition and the indications for pre-hospital intubation; 3. Patients who can provide complete pre-hospital emergency records and intubation data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Minors (age < 18 years) and pregnant women; 2. Patients with mental abnormalities; 3. Patients confirmed dead after initial pre-hospital assessment; 4. Patients with absolute contraindications for tracheal intubation.
