Interventions

Experimental Group:Routine care + narrative nursing intervention
Control group:Routine care:Skin care to keep the skin clean
Washing damaged mucosal areas to reduce the risk of infection
Monitoring the effect and side effects of drugs, and taking medicine on time and dose
Pain management, such as local anesthetics or oral analgesics, to relieve the patients suffering
Provide high protein digestible foods
To teach the basic knowledge of pemphigus to patients and their families, and improve the self-management ability of patients.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with pemphigus, 2. aged >18 to 80 years, 3. able to communicate effectively, 4. patients voluntarily participated and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.severe cardiac, hepatic and renal dysfunction, 2.complicated with other skin diseases and pregnant or lactating women, 3.speech and comprehension disorders, and (4) psychiatric history.
