Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) A history of chronic non-specific neck pain lasting at least 3 months without definite anatomical and pathological diagnosis; (2) Visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score >=3; (3) Not receiving any treatment in the past month; (4) Age between 18 and 45 years old. (5) Willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of trauma or surgery in the head, neck or other spinal segments; (2) Severe cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, cervical spondylotic myelopathy or cervical spondylotic myelopathy affecting vertebral artery; (3) The presence of osteoporosis, cervical tuberculosis or tumor; (4) Cardiovascular or thoracic lung diseases that may affect lung ventilation and gas exchange. (5) There were cognitive defects, especially the unclear perception of temperature.
