Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years old, gender not limited;40 healthy volunteers served as the control group. 2. Diagnosed with tinea capitis according to the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Tinea Capitis (Revised Edition 2018)" through direct fungal fluorescence microscopy and/or fungal culture and/or histopathology of skin lesions and hair samples. 3. Informed consent signed by the subject's guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consideration of infections such as Malassezia on the scalp and other non-dermatophyte infections. 2. Systemic use of antifungal medication within the past 3 months. 3. Other patients deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for the trial.
