Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. preliminary diagnosis of spinal infection combined with clinical symptoms, laboratory examination and imaging examination; 2. Age >=16 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Culture, metagenomics next generation sequencing (mNGS) and pathological examination confirmed mycobacterium tuberculosis, fungus and other specific infections; 2. Pathological evidence of tumor.
