Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged 18 years and older from 2013 to 2016; 2. Clinical data were complete during hospitalization, including age, sex, height, weight, smoking status, blood lipids, blood sugar, blood pressure, blood routine, chest and/or abdominal CT/MRI;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (clinically diagnosed acute coronary syndrome, stable coronary heart disease, revascularization, ischemic cardiomyopathy, ischemic stroke, transient ischemic attack, peripheral atherosclerotic disease, etc.) or hemorrhagic stroke; 2. After the first admission, the patient no longer sought treatment in our hospital;
