Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Mothers with GDM were diagnosed by measuring blood glucose indicators during a 75 g oral glucose tolerance test OGTT at 24-28 weeks of gestation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.diabetes diagnosed before pregnancy; 2.complicated with serious diseases of vital organs such as heart, liver, lung or kidney; 3.any infection during pregnancy, especially gastrointestinal or reproductive tract infection; 4.use of any type of antibiotics during pregnancy by pregnant women, excluding antibiotics used as standard obstetric care before caesarean section ; 5.pregnant women with other complications, such as mental disorders, hypertension, pre-eclampsia, eclampsia; 6.the newborn is given any type of antibiotic after birth;
