18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I-II patients with ulnar and radius fractures aged 18-80 years with body mass index (BMI)20-30 kg/m^2 and normal cognitive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of allergy to any trial medication, presence of coagulation dysfunction, infection at the nerve block puncture site, ingestion of any pain medication within 48 hours before surgery, history of chronic pain medication use, history of trauma or thoracic surgery, sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, and other conditions not eligible for this study and those who participated in other trials within one month. The patient or family member refused.
