Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province (urban + county level), hospitals that carry out "Internet + Nursing Service"; 2.Director of Nursing Department in charge of the nursing service program or head of the program team; 3.Willingness to participate in this study and able to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The person in charge of the hospital that has not carried out "Internet+Nursing Service"; 2. The person who is not willing to participate in the interview.
