Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old, those who receive general anesthesia and have indications for internal jugular vein puncture, with clear jugular vein pulsation, and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Invisible jugular vein pulsation; Anatomical abnormalities of the neck vessels, such as vascular malformations, stenosis, or obstruction; Suffering from severe coagulation disorders; Skin infections, ulcers, or other conditions on the neck that affect the puncture operation; Having undergone neck surgery or radiotherapy recently, which may affect the vascular anatomy and pulsation; Having mental illness or cognitive impairment and being unable to cooperate with the study.
