Interventions

Ketamine group (D group):Inject 0.25mg/kg of ketamine intravenously before skin incision, and administer 4mg of ondansetron and 5mg of dexamethasone intravenously before surge
Sufentanil group (L group):Inject an equal amount of physiological saline intravenously before skin incision, and administer 4mg of ondansetron and 5mg of dexamethasone intraven

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification: I-III levels; 2. Age range is 18-65 years old; 3. BMI is 18-28kg/?; 4. Patients undergoing elective perianal surgery; 5. Agree to sign the informed consent form for clinical research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is an infected person at the puncture site; 2. Individuals with coagulation dysfunction; 3. History of lumbar or coccygeal trauma or surgery; 4. Individuals with combined immune dysfunction; 5. Those with tumor, diabetes, etc. that affect pain perception; 6. Individuals with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 7. Individuals allergic to ropivacaine or lidocaine; 8. Long term dependence on opioid analgesics to alleviate chronic pain;
