Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 25-45 years old; 2. Adult body mass index (BMI): 24~35 kg/m^2; 3. Keep your weight stable for 3 months before starting the experiment; 4. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form for the pilot study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism; 2. Suffering from heart, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases, blood diseases, tumor diseases, etc.; 3. Taking drugs that affect the results of weight loss, such as antidepressants, thyroxine, etc.; 4. Eating disorders or vegetarianism; 5. Pregnant, lactating women or those who have a birth plan within 3 months; 6. Those who fail to eat the tested samples according to the regulations, and cannot judge the efficacy or incomplete information affects the efficacy or safety judgment.
