Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age range is 12-18 years; 2.No periodontitis; 3.Intact dental tissues; 4.Extraction of bicuspids or impacted teeth is required for orthodontic treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have systemic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension; 2.Have caries, defects or have undergone root canal treatment in dental tissues;
