Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Endometrial and uterine cavity lesions were detected through transvaginal/transrectal ultrasound examinations conducted by the Department of Ultrasound at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. 2.Within one month, the results are planned to be confirmed through curettage, hysteroscopy, or surgical resection performed in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology/Gynecologic Oncology at Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, based on pathological diagnosis or surgical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under 18 years of age. 2.History of uterine hysterectomy. 3.History of allergic reaction to ultrasound gel. 4.Currently breastfeeding or recent use of hormone-related medications. 5.Prior radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy before surgery, or presence of tumors in other organs. 6.Poor delineation of the endometrial-myometrial junction due to adenomyosis. 7.Poor acoustic window. 8.Pregnancy-related conditions.
