Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients admitted to the cardiovascular Department of Southwest Hospital who were preliminarily evaluated as suspected myocardial ischemia 2)Provision of signed and dated informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Age<18 years 2) Intolerance to adenosine 3) Ultrasonic cardiogram LVEF<50% 4) Severe valvular heart disease (more than moderate stenosis and/or insufficiency) 5) Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (elevated aminotransferase more than 3 times the normal value, estimated glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min/m2); 6) Severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA grade =3 or KILLIP grade =2) 7) Acute myocardial infarction 8) Tumors and autoimmune diseases 9) Contraindications of exercise stress test (severe tachyarrhythmia, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, etc.); 10) Pregnancy or lactation 11) Life expectancy <1 year 12) Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery 13) History of antibiotic use in the past 2 months 14) History of probiotics use in the past 1 month 15) Abdominal pain, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal symptoms in the past 1 month 16) Patients who used antacids, bismuth, tannic acid, medicinal charcoal, or tincture daily in the past 2 weeks
