Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with proximal humerus fracture for elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Before the trial, understand the nature, significance, possible benefits, possible inconveniences and potential dangers of the trial, understand the study procedures and voluntarily sign the informed consent form in writing; 3. Surgery is performed through the deltoid pectoralis major approach; 4. 18~79 years old; 5. BMI18.5~28kg/m^2; 6. ASA rate is ?~?; 7. All patients had normal cardiopulmonary liver and kidney functions and normal consciousness functions before surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal anatomical structure of the affected limb; 2. Nerve damage in the upper extremities of the affected limb; 3. Phrenic nerve or diaphragm injury; 4. Infection at the puncture site; 5. Coagulation function or platelet abnormalities, bleeding tendency, or hostory of blood disorders; 6. Combined with surgery at other sites; 7. Local anesthetic allergy; 8. Long-term use of painkillers; 9. Severe respiratory disease, cardiovascular system disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 10. Prepoerative cognitive dysfunction;
