Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.12-14 weeks of gestation, 2.Those who agree to voluntarily and actively cooperate and sign the consent letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of antipsychotics by a history of mental illness or within the last three months; 2.Long-term smoking or drinking; 3.Type 1 or type 2 diabetes who have been diagnosed before pregnancy; 4.Gestational hypertension, diabetic ketoacidosis, thyroid dysfunction or infection; 5.Heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 6.Definite digestive diseases; 7.Unable to complete the study, with mental or cognitive disabilities; 8.Incomplete clinical data.
