Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age >= 60 years; (2)Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis; (3)Patients scheduled for primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA); (4)Patients with no barriers to effective communication; (5)Patient or family member capable of using social media applications (e.g., WeChat or QQ); (6)Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with secondary knee osteoarthritis; (2)Patients with impaired consciousness or cognitive disorders; (3)Patients lacking a primary caregiver to supervise rehabilitation/training; (4)Patients with severe impairments in major organs (e.g., heart, lung, brain) or malignant tumors; (5)Patients with a history of lower extremity venous thrombosis or primary thrombotic disorders.
