Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 to 90 years old undergoing colon cancer surgery ASA grade I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with serious heart, liver, kidney, peripheral nerve or central nervous system diseases; Those who abuse drugs or alcohol.
