Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have a nurse practicing qualification certificate and within the valid registration period; 2. Clinical working time =3 years; 3. Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Absent from work due to illness, maternity leave, etc.; 2. Recently experienced a major traumatic event; 3. Further study and rotate nurses
