Interventions

The Sufentanil group:During induction + surgical suture, 0.1ug/kg sufentanil was given + post-extubation PCIA (Sufentanil) Analgesic pump: sufentanil 100µg+ Tropisetron 6mg+ sodium chloride injection
The oxycodone group:During induction + surgical suture 0.1mg/kg oxycodone + post-extubation PCIA (Oxycodone) Analgesic pump: oxycodone 50 mg+ Tropisetron 6mg+ sodium chloride injection 100 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Rated by the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) as I-III; 2.Type of surgery: laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 3.Age 18-70; 4.Gender unlimited; 5.Choose the first surgical operation ; 6.Normal mental health, with certain understanding and communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of gastrointestinal disorders (peptic ulcer, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.); 2.Alcohol or opioid abuse, long-term use of opioids ; 3.Allergy or contraindication to sufentanil or oxycodone ; 4.Severe heart/lung/liver/renal insufficiency ; 5.Postoperative infection, bleeding, and mechanical failure of the participant's self-controlled intravenous analgesia device ; 6.Received other trial drugs within 3 months.
