Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select patients with suspected sepsis and sepsis admitted to the ICU as the research subjects;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 years old; Pregnant women; acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; 2. Patients with smaller SDF opening; 3. Lack of clinical data affects data analysts; 4. Discharge or death within 48 hours; 5. Patients whose family members and patients do not agree to undergo SDF examination;
