Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for simple myopia: (1) comprehensive optometry: equivalent spherical lens =0.8; 2. Inclusion criteria for glaucoma: (1) Angle opening; (2) Typical or atypical signs of glaucoma: intraocular pressure>21mmHg, glaucoma related changes in the fundus (significant deepening of optic disc depression, localized narrowing of the upper and lower disc edges, or vertical cup to disc ratio>0.5, formation of incisions, asymmetric C/D>0.2 of binocular depression, linear bleeding around the disc, or retinal nerve fiber layer defects), typical glaucoma related visual field defects. 3. Inclusion criteria for myopia combined with glaucoma: (1) meets the inclusion criteria for simple myopia; (2) Meets the inclusion criteria for glaucoma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of ocular trauma or surgery. 2.Patients with corneal lesions, cataracts, iridocyclitis, retinal diseases, or a history of systemic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. 3.Severe refractive media opacity or nystagmus that prevents fixation, affecting the acquisition of data by the instrument. 4.Use of medications that may affect the vascular system, such as acetazolamide. 5.OCTA images with poor image quality (quality < 5/10).
