Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] Han Chinese [2] age between 18 and 60 years [3] American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III [4] Patients scheduled for elective thyroidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [1] The patient refused to participate in the research. [2] Allergic to dexmedetomidine, lidocaine or esketamine [3] Long-term treatment with beta-blockers or HR <50 bpm [4] Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <40% [5] apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) = 5/h [6] periodic limb movements during sleep (PLMS) = 20/h [7] body mass index = 30 kg/m2 or < 18kg/m2 [8] Using sedative-type opioids or sleep-promoting drugs [9] Having mental or neurological disorders
