18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Symptoms and signs meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke, and the patient is receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 3. Time from onset to initiation of hyperbaric oxygen therapy 5 sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 5. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within the past 3 months, there has been a history of severe head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, or cerebral infarction; within the past 14 days, there has been a history of craniocerebral surgery or intracranial infection. 2. Suspected internal and external arterial dissection or aortic dissection in the brain, cerebral arteriovenous malformation, amyloid angiopathy, venous cerebral infarction and tumor-related stroke based on the medical history and CT or MRI; 3. Epilepsy, chronic neurological diseases, mental disorders, chronic systemic inflammatory diseases; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, acute myocardial infarction, severe cardiac insufficiency; 5. Malignant tumors, hematological diseases, coagulation dysfunction; 6. Severe infection; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Incomplete clinical data; 9. Unsmooth process of hyperbaric oxygen inhalation; 10. Follow-up failure; 11. Currently participating in the research of other projects involving drugs or devices.
