Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.For febrile patients, body temperature returns to normal or shows a sustained downward trend within 72 hours (inclusive) of initiating anti-infective therapy. 2.In patients with abnormal procalcitonin (PCT) levels, PCT decreases by 50% or more compared to pre-treatment levels within 72 hours (inclusive) of anti-infective therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-infectious disease consultations; 2.Consultation recommendations not adopted; 3.Discharged within 72 hours of initiating anti-infective therapy;
