Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of ACR (knee pain, morning stiffness=grade II.); (2) Age 50-75 years old, BMI =25 points (verified reliability and validity of the Chinese version, Cronbach's a=0.89); (4) Be able to independently use the WeChat Mini Program to complete the punch-in; (5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis and other joint diseases; (2) Combined with severe cardiovascular disease or cognitive impairment; (3) Received intra-articular injection or surgery within the past 3 months; (4) regular participation in other exercise interventions (>2 times/week); (5) There are contraindications to Tai Chi movements (such as severe osteoporosis).
