Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with COPD according to the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2021 Revision) ; 2. Patients with PaO2 <60 mmHg (7.3 kPa) or SaO2 <88%; 3. Informed consent, normal hearing, understanding of Putonghua and fair language ability, can cooperate with the use of question-and-answer system programme, and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to communicate, have impaired consciousness or the presence of mental illness; 2. Combined asthma, lung malignancy, bronchial dilatation, severe heart failure, renal failure and other diseases; 3. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent.
