Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years; 2.Newly admitted to ICU within 2 days with an anticipated ICU stay >= 2 days; 3.APACHE II score >= 15 or SOFA score >= 6; 4.Patients with intra-abdominal infections secondary to gastrointestinal perforation; 5.Patients receiving supplemental protein nutrition therapy; 6.Signed informed consent form by patients or legal guardians;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients anticipated for discharge within 7 days; 2.Current serum creatinine level exceeds the upper limit of normal range; 3.Patients with severe acute kidney injury, severe hepatic disorders (e.g., hepatic encephalopathy), or severe metabolic diseases; 4.Lactating, pregnant, or renal transplant recipients; 5.Patients with intolerance to >= 1L fluid intake (e.g., severe heart failure); 6.Patients with malignant tumors; 7.Other conditions deemed ineligible by investigators;
