Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Parkinson's disease patients who met the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's disease (2016 edition)"; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clear physiological defects or other serious diseases; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment and speech impairment.
