Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 30 and 75; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for adhesive shoulder capsulitis, and conservative treatment is ineffective; (3) Patients can use mobile phones and are willing to receive/send mails to collect data, and follow up regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous shoulder surgery; 2. Other shoulder diseases (such as rotator cuff tear, arthritis); 3. Severe comorbidities (such as heart disease, kidney disease, etc.); 4. Received shoulder treatment (such as injection, physical therapy) in the past 3 months; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Patients who are intolerant of manual therapy; 7. Patients with local skin damage and risk of infection; 8. Patients with severe osteoporosis or shoulder joint deformity; 9. Patients with other serious diseases that may affect the experimental results.
