Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The PCOS group consists of patients diagnosed with PCOS according to the Rotterdam criteria and undergoing ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) for conception, while the non-PCOS group includes patients undergoing ART due to tubal factors. 2. The maternal age at pregnancy ranges from 20 to 40 years old. 3. The subjects agreed to participate in follow-up and underwent follow-up at our hospital's reproductive center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Offspring from patients who used donor eggs or sperm. 2. Offspring with genetic diseases. 3. Underwent preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) or preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) techniques.
