Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with impaired fasting glucose or type 2 diabetes, aged 30-60 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.1 Patients with type diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 2. Cardiovascular disease (coronary or peripheral artery disease, stroke, etc.); 3. Taking selenium mineral supplements within the past 3 months; 4. Are using prebiotics, probiotics, or antibiotics; 5. Breastfeeding, pregnancy or planning to become pregnant within the next 6 months; 6. History of gastric and intestinal surgery; 7. Liver and kidney dysfunction, cancer, systemic infection.
